Keio University inaugurated these lectures to fulfill its mission as a “campus open to the region.” The lectures have systematically provided the latest knowledge, and focused primarily on the results of research in various areas and fields occurring on the Hiyoshi Campus, the content of which met the intellectual demands of citizens with active interests in learning.

HAPP is short for “Hiyoshi Art and Performance Project”; “Heart, Body, and Mind ” has been the theme since 1994.

“Kadobeya” was jointly established by Koto-Lab LLC and Keio University in April 2010.
